Protecting your data and that of your employees is our highest priority. That’s why we guarantee fully GDPR-compliant data processing. Our platform meets the highest security standards, with regular cloud and risk assessments as well as penetration tests to identify and eliminate potential vulnerabilities at an early stage.

Our technical foundation is built on Microsoft Azure, hosted in ISO/IEC 27001-certified data centers, infrastructure, updates, and security management handled by Microsoft, data hosting by default in Germany, and encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS).

Azure also complies with numerous international standards such as ISO 27001, C5, TISAX, and GDPR. Upon request, we provide all relevant certificates and documentation. We are also happy to support your IT team with individual security and data privacy assessments.

Integrated Management Tools

Our software offers integrated management tools that ensure secure access to training content in complex corporate structures. It is available across platforms so that learning content can be accessed via VR/AR headsets, PC or Mac and even directly in the web browser without an additional app.

Is my data secure with 3spin Learning?

3spin Learning's data hosting is based on Microsoft Azure. Many companies and providers only have a very small team to ensure data security, whether locally or in the cloud. Can I use 3spin Learning on premise (instead of cloud-based)?

Yes, we can deploy 3spin Learning via a Docker container on your local server. Do not hesitate to contact us to discuss details.

Which devices does 3spin Learning support / What hardware do I need?

3spin Learning currently supports Oculus Quest, HTC Vice, Pico Neo and Microsoft HoloLens 2. Further hardware is continuously being evaluated and added. Do you have special requirements? Let us know, we will most likely be able to meet your needs.

How can I install and update the application on our devices?

3spin Learning was developed with the needs of businesses in mind. We provide a simple installation program (no admin rights required) to set up the application on your device. Once the application is installed, no further installations are required; the application comes with an updater that can download new versions from within the application. Users are notified when an update is required or recommended.

Do I always need an internet connection to use 3spin Learning?

As a learner, you only need an internet connection to initially download your desired training courses. Once the trainings have been downloaded to the device, the internet connection is no longer required, unless you want to learn together with other learners or trainers via the internet. When creating trainings, you always need an internet connection as 3spin Learning has a web-based authoring tool that runs in your browser.
